Refund Policy

Your Satisfaction is Our Priority

At Julie & Christine Vancouver, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we offer. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

Timeframe
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Please note that order cancellations are only accepted within 10 minutes of placing your order.

Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

How to Request a Return
To start your return, please contact us at 📧 info@julie-christinevancouver.com with your order number and a short explanation.
We will provide you with detailed return instructions.

⚠️ Important: Return shipping costs are not covered by Julie & Christine Vancouver. All returns must be sent to our fulfilment centre in Asia.

Refunds

Inspection & Approval
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or declined.

Processing Time
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Double-check your bank account.

  • Contact your credit card provider (posting delays may occur).

  • Contact your bank (processing delays are common).

If you have done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at 📧 info@julie-christinevancouver.com and we will gladly assist.

Exchanges

Damaged or Faulty Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same product, please contact us at 📧 info@julie-christinevancouver.com and we will guide you through the process.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the return is received and approved, a gift voucher will be emailed or posted to you.
